Mr. St. Cyr founded étant in 1998 with the sole vision of creating an oasis for healing and wellness. Scott is a graduate of the Polarity Realization Institute in Ipswich Massachusetts where he is a graduate of both the Holistic Massage Program and the Polarity Practitioner Program. He went on to become an instructor at PRI where he was able to teach students the massage and polarity work that he enjoys so much. The focus of Scott's work continues to be the healing art of balance. He strives to create balance for his clients through his massage and polarity skills. Scott is licensed by the state of Massachusetts, a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals and is nationally certified by the NCBTMB. Scott holds a degree from Westfield State College which was granted in 1984.
Bernadette McNeill - Licensed
Esthetician
Ms. McNeill is an Esthetician specializing in facials and waxing. She is also very proud of her work as a reconstructive makeup artist. In practice for twelve years, she received her training from the Elizabeth Grady School of Esthetics in Boston. Bernadette is licensed as an Esthetician by the State of Massachusetts, and is a member of the Association of Bodywork and Massage Professionals. Bernadette also holds an Art Degree from Westfield State College, which was granted in 1984. Dedicated to providing the highest quality skin care for her clients, Bernadette blends a wealth of experience with an ongoing search for the best new products and techniques to heighten the quality of services provided by étant to each consumer.
Jeanne Olivier - Licensed
and Certified Polarity Practitioner
Ms. Olivier is a polarity therapist and a RYSE© practitioner. She received her training from the Polarity Realization Institute in Ipswich, MA, completing a 650 Hour Polarity Certificate Program and RYSE© Practitioner Level 2. She also completed Reiki I and II certifications. She has furthered her education with several workshops including: Bach Flower Essences in 2002, Cranio-Sacral Therapy I from the Upledger Institute in 2003, and Acutonics Sound Healing Levels I and II in 2007. Jeanne is a member of the American Polarity Therapy Association and American Bodywork and Massage Professionals. Jeanne uses polarity therapy as a tool for health building and self realization for her clients. Of her work, Jeanne says: "By bringing the body into its natural healing state, we can attune to our inner rhythms. By listening to these inner rhythms we can create more clarity, vitality and harmony in our lives."
Christopher Atwood - Certified

Mr. Atwood received his training from the Massage Institute of New England in Somerville, MA, completing a 1000 hour Massage Therapist program in November 1996. Christopher is licensed by the State of Massachusetts, is a member of the International Massage Association and is a devoted supporter of the Holistic Program at the Boston Living Center, volunteering one morning a week offering massage to BLC members. He also holds a degree from Tulane University, New Orleans, LA. Christopher's non-massage interests include playing softball with the Beantown Softball League.
Dina Kesaris - Licensed Esthetician
Ms. Kesaris believes in using the most up to date products and continually expands her knowledge base to bring to étant and her clients the very best skin care expertise. She is a graduate of Catherine Hinds School of Esthetics Spa Therapy Program. Her specialty is customized skin care and waxing. Dina's additional training in reflexology, specialty body treatments and age management facials round out her experience to make sure that her clients have a truly wonderful spa experience. Dina holds a Management degree from Katherine Gibbs.

Ms. Flyura Bernstein is a Licensed Acupuncturist. She is a graduate of the New England School of Acupuncture with a master degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Flyura is licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine. Flyura is also a Diplomate in Acupuncture of The National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She holds a Masters degree from the Polytechnic Institute (former Soviet Union). She continues to broaden her knowledge of Chinese Medicine through continuing education
Jason Loder - Licensed and Nationally Certified Massage Therapist
Jason is a licensed massage therapist offering therapeutic and relaxation massage while working more deeply on specific focus areas. Jason draws upon Deep Tissue, Muscular Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release Techniques as well as Reiki. Jason is able to utilize his knowledge of kinesiology, anatomy, and physiology to address everyday strains, pains, aches and pulls. Jason is a graduate of the Muscular Therapy Institute where he also served as a teaching assistant for the Hands-On Technique curriculum. Jason enjoys working with a broad range of clients including athletes, weekend warriors, busy professionals, grandparents and students. Jason is licensed in the State of Massachusetts, a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and nationally certified by the NCBTMB.
Gregory S. Pratt - Licensed and Certified Massage Therapist
Greg is a graduate of The Muscular Therapy Institute in Watertown, Massachusetts. He is Nationally Certified and has completed over 100 hours of continuing education. In addition to his knowledge of swedish and deep tissue massage, Greg has recently been certified in Thai Yoga Massage at the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences in Manhattan. His technique combines the best of both Western and Eastern massage elements. A member of the American Massage Therapy Association, Greg strives to give his clients a healing and restorative massage experience. Greg attended the University of Massachusetts and Ludwig Maxamillians University in Munich. A student of language, he also taught English as a second language to non-native speakers.
Sophia Karakostas - Licensed Esthetician
Ms. Karakostas is a graduate of the Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics where she completed their medical esthetics program. She is certified in laser hair removal, chemical peels and aromatherapy. Having battled skin issues her self for many years she is an expert in dealing with problem skin. Sophia believes in a natural and holistic approach to skin care and strives to bring total relaxation to all of her facial treatments. In addition to all of the above, she also does make up artistry and body waxing.
Fatima R. Guevara - Licensed Massage Therapist
Ms. Guevara is a massage practitioner who combines artful flow and transition to help create a relaxing space of wellness for her clients. Fatima is a 2009 graduate of the Cortiva Institute School of Massage Therapy in Watertown, Ma. She specializes in effleurage, petrissage, friction, vibration, tapotement and passive range of motion techniques. Fatima firmly believes in the value of client centered care and continually provides a safe, nurturing, healing space for each of her clients to fully relax and restore. Ms. Guevara is licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).
Kurt Ruppersberger - Licensed and Certified Massage Therapist
Kurt is a graduate of Spatech Institute in Plymouth, MA and an AMTA member. Early in his training Kurt set himself apart as a student and as a practitioner. He demonstrated mastery of techniques and integrated a variety of modalities into his work, where he received high praise from clientele. Kurt has developed a strong interest in clinical massage with a focus on sports related work including pre and post event sports massage. Therapeutic modalities that Kurt practices include Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage and Sports Massage. Kurt has participated as a volunteer performing event massage work during charity bike rides for the American Lung Association and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
Katie Clough - Licensed and Certified Massage Therapist
Katie is a graduate of Keiser University in Port St Lucie, Florida. She is Nationally Certified and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. She has extensive training and experience in spa therapies and sports massage. She began her career as a massage therapist in South Florida where she had the opportunity to gain valuable sports massage experience while working with athletes during spring training. Since moving to Boston in 2009 she has been able to continue working with athletes, from the avid runner and gym warrior to volunteering her massage skills to the Boston Marathon runners in 2010. Katie truly loves the goal oriented deep tissue massage and believes it can be restorative as well as relaxing.
Karen Manning - Licensed Massage Therapist
Karen enjoys working with a diverse clientele and demonstrating the benefits of massage on overall wellbeing. She is a graduate of Cortiva Institute School of Massage Therapy in Watertown, MA where she received training in Swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial release and neuromuscular therapy. Karen's intention is to provide a nurturing environment for her clients to promote mind/body wellness. Understanding the importance of massage in recovery from muscle fatigue she volunteered at the 2011 Boston Marathon providing post-event massage to runners. Karen is licensed by the state of Massachusetts and is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
Caleb Macaulay - Licensed Massage Therapist
Caleb is a graduate of the Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy and a member of the AMTA. His skill set includes everything from gentle Swedish massage to deep tissue and myofacial release. Caleb works to insure that each client feels safe and comfortable no matter what type of massage or bodywork they prefer.
